Refund Policy

At VitalRoot, we take pride in providing high-quality wellness products. Because our products are consumable health and wellness items, refunds are limited for safety, quality, and hygiene reasons.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be approved in the following cases:

1. The item arrived damaged.
2. The wrong item was sent.
3. The package was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.
4. There was a clear fulfillment or shipping error on our end.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible.

Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are ingestible and health-related, we do not accept refunds or returns for:

- Opened or used products
- Products purchased by mistake
- Products you no longer want
- Products that did not produce the result you expected
- Delayed packages caused by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
- Refused or unclaimed packages
- Subscription renewals that were not cancelled before processing

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product
- A clear photo of the packaging
- A description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Redbird Remedies is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue with the shipping carrier.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If a return is approved for an unopened item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
