Shipping policy
At AquaBuddies, each floaty is made to order. We work to process, produce, and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Production Time
Because our products are made to order, please allow 10–16 business days for production before your order ships.
Production times may be longer during holidays, high order volume, or unexpected fulfillment delays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has finished production and has been shipped, estimated delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. AquaBuddies is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
AquaBuddies is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. We may help review the issue, but carrier delays are outside of our control.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
